How do I open the settings?

Double-tap the Settings icon on the start screen. It's a double tap so that the child can't open it by accident.

How long does it last?

You choose the duration in the settings. When it ends, the music box finishes gently, with a goodbye song, and stops by itself. There's no need to go into the room to stop it.

How do I stop it?

Double-tap the Exit button. With the device locked, you can also stop it from the music controls on the lock screen.

It plays even on silent

The music box plays even when the device is on silent. You set the volume with the device's buttons.

It doesn't play with headphones

These are young children, and the sound would be too close to their ears. Unplug the headphones and it will carry on.

So it isn't interrupted

We recommend Guided Access (in the device settings, under Accessibility) and airplane mode. The "Sleep" Focus mode also dims the lock screen.

Before your baby falls asleep

If you need to stop it with the screen off, move the device away from your baby before turning the screen on: the lock screen can be very bright.
